Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals may be a path to a work permit for you if you first came to the US before the age of 16 years, were 30 years old or younger on June 15, 2012, and have lived continuously in the US since June 2007. You must also have no serious criminal history, and be currently enrolled in school or in a GED program or have finished school.
